Halloween Hoot ‘n’ Nanny/Fall Fun Day

On Wednesday, October 31st, Frontenac will be having a Halloween Hoot ‘n’ Nanny/Fall Fun day.  Our grade 1-5 students will be participating in some cooperative games that will be led by grade 8 student leaders.  In the morning students have the option of dressing in black and orange or wearing a costume.  They are also welcome to come dressed in their regular attire.  If students are wearing a costume they should be wearing their regular clothes under their costumes.  We would like our younger students to enjoy the day so please ensure that students are not wearing any costumes with blood/gore that might frighten others.  In light of what has been happening in the media with teens frightening young children in clown costumes, we ask that you do not send your children to school dressed as clowns.  Please do not send any accessories (masks, swords).

Please do not send in any treats for the day because we have a number of students with life-threatening allergies.

Students will do a walk around at 9:30 a.m. so that they can see the costumes that others are wearing.  They will change out of their costumes soon after that.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
